As the Class of 2026 gears up for its last few months of high school, some seniors are creating lasting memories to share. Anton Dahlstedt (12) is producing a senior sendoff video.

“I thought it would be a cool interview. I saw someone do it once, but I wanted to do it better,” said Dahlstedt.

The video, titled Class of 2026, will feature interviews with every senior to capture each person’s voice. “I plan to interview every senior because everyone should have a say in the video,” he said.

Dahlstedt spends part of every fourth period walking the halls to find seniors who are free so he can interview them. His inspiration for the project came from wanting to give students something to look back on and remember the memories they made at Cascade.

“I remembered being asked about my goals for the future and then he asked me what motivated me. He mainly asked questions about my future and what kept me accountable,” said Adi Castaneda (12).

The video will highlight seniors’ plans after high school as well as their favorite moments at Cascade. “It was really good and very professional; he had a whole setup. He asked me questions that were personalized to me to show what I'm involved in and what I hope to do in the future,” said Arlo Gibbs (12).

Class of 2026 will be shown at graduation in June.
